Brooke has a good grasp of the real estate marketplace, and more importantly, what works and what doesn't. We handed her a condo that had been on the market for more than a year. She spend some quality time with us to understand what our expectations were. She researched the market and closely examined the condo. She correctly identified what we needed to do, that is to stage the unit, and provided us with an amazing local designer to do the staging. She made sure the unit was visible and visited. It was under contract in a reasonable period of time. During the contract and closing process, she firmly represented us to the buyers team, balancing communications so we knew what was important and were shielded from the useless churn. This is a priceless skill. Even after the closing, when we hit some unexpected delays, she stayed on the job until it was truly finished.
